The protective package offers up to three replacement devices within two years after a self -inflicted crash. The processing takes place directly via dji.
If you do not take a repair service within the term, you benefit from an extension of the guarantee to 3 years.

Guarantee extension!
Extension of the manufacturer's guarantee from 2 to 3 years if neither the replacement service nor the Discount Repair Service have been used and the term of DJI Care Refresh Service has expired.
Please note: DJI Care Refresh Can only be given a new one or at the latest within 48 hours after the first one activation (i.e. the first commissioning) of your drone!
