The protection package offers up to two replacement devices within a year after a self-inflicted crash. The processing takes place directly via DJI.
For the exchange, individual participations of € 49 for the first and € 59 for the second exchange will be due.
The replacement devices are in the new, or almost new condition, in terms of performance and reliability.
Please note:
DJI Care Refresh can only be used when purchasing new or new products. at the latest within 48 hours after the first Activation (that is, the first commissioning) of your drone will be registered, please note this.
